Yes of course, this item comes with the manufacturer warranty. Hayward does specify in their printed materials that you must use a paid installation service to get the complete warranty on their system. While some other brands also require professional installation, many do not and you can see that information under the "Warranty" tab as well as the "Complete Specs" tab on the product page.
