Yes, the Si-45 cell is 100% compatible if you are replacing a "Si-45 Plus" version, same power, same physical size and connections, and it does include the cord. It should be plug and play to hook up. Just a tip: depending on the age of your controller, you may or may not need to change an electronic setting.
