I believe it is the width of the gap to cut in the plumbing in order to fit the kit in between.
I'm converting from a Zodiac and want to be sure the spacing works. Is the 6 1/2" shown in the picture a center to center measurement or end to end? CircuPool Vertical Installation Kit Parts
