My pool gets a lot of cottonwood fuz/seeds in the spring. Will it capture them before they get to the filter?

Cyclonic filtration action is excellent at capturing heavier-than-water debris. A rule of thumb is that if it sinks it has the most likelihood of being captured as the water spins through the filtration chambers.
