Can I replace my CPSC 16 with a CPSC 24? I have a 15,000 pool but it wasn't able to produce quiet enough chlorine for the pool so I had to supplement with tablets. Maybe the CPSC 24 will charge a little better in my same equipment.

Yes, a CPSC16 control module and also be used to power a CPSC24 cell. It will definitely create more chlorine (or make your equipment run less hard to make the same amount of chlorine), so you'll get a better value and have a better experience.
