Well this work for a 7000 gallon pool ? Is this all I need to get started besides the bags of salt ?

The SJ15 would likely have plenty of capacity for that size pool. Yes, it is the complete system. Once it is installed and you've added the salt (get that from the hardware store), then it will start working and keep the water blue and clear!
