I have an Intex above-ground pool 8000 gals; may I use SJ20 with that? and the flow pressure from my pump will be enough?

If you can connect to PVC slip fittings and get a typical amount of water flow, say 20-40 GPM, then these are often used on small pools like that. But there would be no way to say for sure without knowing more details about your equipment.
