You only need standard PVC cement like the rest of your piping, from any local hardware store. It doesn't require something special.
What type of glue do you use to connect the PVC adapters to the clear plastic Cell Housing? I saw to clean it with PVC primer, but what kind of glue for a strong bond needed in poool plumbing? CircuPool SJ - Hayward®/Pentair® Cell Adapter Kit Parts
