Salt systems power cords are going to come with just bare wires at the end, because people commonly just hook them up to a timer box. But if you are using a 110V outlet that is OK, you will just 1) set the salt system's control box to 110V (instructions in manual), and 2) put a plug on the end of the cord. You can get an outdoor plug like that to add cheaply from any hardware store. For your plumbing, you can use hoses and clamps, but you'll just need to get plumbing adapters from the hardware store that let you clamp on one side and make a glue connection on the other (the salt system's unions get glued).
