Pools typically have 2" or 1.5" plumbing. Keep in mind these are ID (inner diameter) measurements. You might be measuring the outside of your pipe, which might make it seem like bigger pipe. The SJ-Series models accept standard 2" pipe into its cell unions, and if you have a different plumbing size, you can simply use standard pvc pipe adapters available at the hardware store.
