Can this pump be converted to a 115v power supply? I didn't see any instructions to do so in the instruction manual and the outside panel of the wiring unit is too small in the pictures to read. Thanks!

No, truly energy efficient pumps require 220-2240V power in order to provide the energy savings that makes these pumps worthwhile. Most pools use 220 for their pumps, but if only 110-120V power is available you would need to add a line.
