Yes, those are commonly used together. You would just provide the pump power directly (it doesn't need an external timer since it has on board controls)
Will this work with RJ 30+ and how is it connected? I use a mechanical timer to turn on pump and salt system. CircuPool SmartFlo® Variable Speed Pool Pump - 1.7 THP Pumps
