Yes! This is expected when you first install the system, and this is actually a benefit. What is happening is that the ozone is causing fine particles to clump together, which will allow your filter to capture and remove them. The instructions say to expect to clean your filter after the first week, even if the pool looks clear initially. Once this fine sediment in your pool is captured, you'll be left with noticeably clearer water.
