I just installed the INDIGO3-XL Ozone Generator for Swimming Pools that I ordered from you How can I see if it working and producing Ozone ?The Operation Guide shows :Section 4 ice Visual Inspection Periodically inspect the unit to ensure it is functioning correctly by simply observing the end plate gaskets for a light blue glow while the system is in operation.I do not have any light blue glow. The Unit is totally sealed, and I have no idea where a light blue glow may come. Does that mean that the new unit is not working ?Can I unscrew the Top cap to see if the VUV is turning blue when on ? There is a clear edge along the top and bottom of the unit (the metal endplates compress this into the extruded vertical walls of the unit). This will transmit light when the unit is powered on. No need to open the unit, in fact definitely do this as the direct light can hurt your eyes. If power is applied to the unit and no light is visible, it is possible the bulb is loose (if new), otherwise there may be some other issue which you would want to speak with the system's customer support on.
