I have an existing old school Hayward chlorinator (the kind you put tablets in). It looks like the Circupool 35 would fit right in that same spot if I took the Hayward chlorinator out. Do you know if that is the same length, where the new Circupool would fit in that same spot?

You might be looking at the CORE35 salt chlorinator. It is very compact, but it is not exactly the same length/threads as your current tablet chlorinator (it would not xxxx on the the existing fittings). The typical installation does usually mean that you put it in the same place in your pool system, so you would basically just cut out the tablet chlorinator and plumb the salt chlorinator in.
