The CORE-Series is listed as IP66 weatherproof, which is one of the highest possible ratings. No covering is needed, and in fact enclosing salt chlorinators can trap heat and potentially cause electronics damage.
I just installed the Core 35, my biggest concern is rain, i assume its water proof and it does have a lot of sun hitting it, can i cover it? or does it need airflow for cooling. CircuPool CORE-15 Salt Chlorine Generator Salt Chlorinators
