Dennis, sorry for any confusion. This item does have free shipping at this time and will ship out using standard delivery. However, if you have any other items in your cart, they may have their own shipping costs which apply. The cart will only charge shipping for item(s) that are not eligible for free shipping - in other words, the item with free shipping will be excluded from any shipping cost calculation.
