Salt chlorinators of this size are often used on hot tubs at hotels. You control a salt chlorinator via 1) the setting on its power module, and 2) how many hours a day you let it run. That way, you can virtually have complete control over its output. Depending on your hot tub size, you may just run it more or less based on the demand.
