I have a Breeze Slat Water Chlorinator.. It was put in about 4 years ago.. The cell kept getting gunked up with a white substanvce and the pool guy said he was cleaning it off every two weeks..doubtful - as since I came back for good it has not happened again..but now, the white cloudy substance (Chlorine) is not coming into the cell although the cell is still vibrating.. Is there a problem solving chart for this? Typically if the cell is worn out and not working, you'll get the amber service-related warning light and/or the green power light will be flashing. You'll narrow it down to that if you've confirmed there is no debris between the cell plates, your salt level in the water is 4000ppm, and your water temperature is at least in the 60's. Given the age that could be possible.
