The SGS troubleshooting guide says to check a few things, such as make sure your water temperature is not cold, make sure water is completely filling the cell during operation, make sure the cell cable's inner prongs are fully extended and getting a 100% tight connection with the controller, as well as checking that the controller's circuit boards are not damaged.
