Given the salinity level is kept within range for the Core 55 Generator and the cell is inspected/cleaned per manufacturers recommendations, what is the average lifespan of the titanium cell? Will this need to be replaced every season or will someone get multiple seasons of use out of the same cell?

Multiple seasons and more most likely. It depends on how heavily it is used, so ultimately its unique for every pool (how much chlorine generation is required every day). But I've seen anywhere from 3-10 so salt cells are intended to last.
