Scott, I think the manual to a corona-discharge type of ozone generator was incorrectly linked on the product page and this has been fixed. This UV system's manual doesn't state any such requirement.
The stated operating temp range is listed as 35-104 degs. I live in the desert where it is well over 104 degs most of the summer, will this unit not work. Thanks CMP Wave UV-C 50 Ultraviolet Sanitizer System for Residential Pools UV Sanitizers
