Correct, the water can't be hot, but the Control Module thinks it is. The temperature sensor has failed, but there is a simple fix for that. I will e-mail instructions to make a simple adjustment which will cause the temperature to be read from a Temperature/Flow Switch which will get your system operating immediately. Afterwards, however, call us at (866) 766-5243 weekdays between 9-4:30 Central for assistance obtaining a Temperature/Flow Switch and completing the repair. The team member will apply any applicable warranty coverage at that time.
