I am unsure of the Breeze model I have, so I asked my pool guy how many gallons my pool is, he thinks it's 20,000 gallons but unsure. I am thinking that the unit is the Breeze 320, but your replacement shows to have 3 blades, mine has 5, would this likely be a different model than the 320?

5 blades means the 540 system, or with these aftermarket cells you would want to look at the S5 cell. Industry sizing recommendations are that your salt chlorinator has 1.5-2x the capacity of your actual pool size, so your setup sounds typical.
