1. Can i Install the indigo after the DE filter before the pool heater. If NO how far can i install after the salt chlorinator?2. I have a spa connect with the pool can i still install or will it course health issue.Best Mark

Ozone generators are spec'd to go after heaters. If you can put it before the salt chlorinator that is ideal, as you get increased sanitation performance as the ozone goes through the salt cell. Otherwise after the salt cell with no minimum distance after within reason. I'm not sure about what you mean for the second question, you might want to ask the manufacturer.
