Do you mean the threaded collar is stuck, so you can't unscrew your old cell on one end? If so, you might try a "strap wrench" to gently but firmly unscrew it (making sure you are turning in the right direction).
I can’t get one of the tabs on this cell to release so I can fit yo new salt cell. Any tricks anyone can offer.?One diff came right off. Thanks Resilience A7 / D7 Replacement Salt Cell (also fits Nexa Pure/Ipure/Frog Hybrid) Salt Cells
