Unless you are also getting a message that reads, "cell connection" or "cell not match," then your keypad is failing and needs to be replaced. Please call us at (866) 766-5243 Mon-Thu: 9-4:30 or Fri: 9-3pm Central and a member of our support team will assist you in identifying the part and applying any available warranty coverage.
