Having a both an ozone generator and UV system in addition to a salt chlorinator is something people do. Realistically speaking, most people who get one to improve their water quality typically choose one or the other. It wouldn't necessarily be because its "too much" (though you would likely need to run the salt chlorinator minimally), but you're likely getting diminishing returns with both since both are "point-of-contact" sanitizers purifying water as it passes through. In other words, the one upstream would likely be doing most the work. However, if you were interested in ozone or uv because it provides a specific sanitation benefit (for example, being able to kill a particular chlorine-resistant pathogen) that the other didn't, that could be a reason to go that route.
I would personally suggest making sure you have other major pool system upgrades first (such as a robotic pool cleaner, or energy saving variable-speed pump, or even a heat pump/chiller) to are also getting those major benefits.
