A Cell, or Salt Cell or Replacement Cell, is only one piece of a Generator - specifically a Salt Chlorine Generator, or Saltwater Chlorine Generator, or Salt Chlorinator, etc.
The cell is the component made up of electrolytic, metal plates or blades and may also be referred to as the electrodes. When provided electric power by the control module and power supply, the cell is where the salt is converted into chlorine gas.
