How long is power chord? Also my unit comes out of the pool heater and runs parallel to ground. Will I need to raise this line to install . I can send pics if needed. Pool is 46k gallons. in ground

The power cord is about 6ft, and can easily be extended if needed. I would estimate needing about 3-4" of space below the piping for the tail of this unit to extend down, so if your return pipe is sitting right on the ground you'd want to lift it just a bit.
