I just installed the core 35 and it works great. My pump is on a timer and my generator is plugged in. When the pump turns off the unit shows "no flow". Is it ok to just leave it on with the no flow indicator or will cause a problem with my generator ? I have no problem hard wiring it to the timer, do I just cut the plug off and wire to timer ? or is there a separate power cable sold for hard wire to timer ? View answer

I recently purchased a house with an inground pool that is approximately 10 to 11,000 gallons. I want to convert it from chlorine to a saltwater system and am decided to go with the circu pool core 35 system. My question is does the salt system go in place of where my chlorine feeder is now? Any info would be appreciated as I plan on installing myself and do not want to damage anything. I can also include a picture however it will not let me upload it in this question section. I am interested in purchasing a CircuPool Core55 SWCG system through Discount Pool. Can you verify that these units carry the EC (Trade Grade) certification. Also, if I replace my current Pentair IC30 SWCG with a CircuPool Core55 unit what plumbing adaptor kit (if any) should i purchase? Thanks View answer

Due to limited space, I only have two places where a CORE system would fit and it seems neither option is very good. (1) The unit controls will bump my filter if situated above the pvc. It would fit if placed at a 45 degree angle. Is this an option? (2) The unit can be installed along a vertical section of pvc before my in-floor cleaning system actuator. The unit would be in a section of vertical pvc instead of horizontal. Is this an option? Thank you. View answer
