Yes, this is a direct replacement for a Hayward / Goldline Aqua Rite. The cell is the same length and has the same threading so it can be easily replaced. You should be able to unscrew the sensor of the existing flow switch from its PVC housing, and xxxx the new flow switch back into place. The controls should be able to be hooked up the same way as well. The old T15 cell is not going to be compatible with the new controls; the new cell is more powerful and is different internally, so the new controls are designed to work with the new cell.
