Power and polarity lights are lit. Salt level is good by independent analysis and water flow is good. No Flow light stays lit and therefore cell will not generate chlorine. Is the flow sensor/switch integral to the replacement cell or is it a different assembly? View answer

I am unsure of the Breeze model I have, so I asked my pool guy how many gallons my pool is, he thinks it's 20,000 gallons but unsure.
