can you send pictures of cyclone bypass valve system for de filfer?i'm good with cyclone install but unsure on bypass.our pool is used by dogs all day long. boarding kennel - we vacuum to waste right noe. if we put cyclone and bypass in, should we bypass the cyclone and continuing vacuuming to waster? there is lots of sand and hair.thanksjohn View answer

Hello, I am considering the package deal for the variable speed pump and chlorinator. I currently have a Hayward Superpump II, 1HP single speed pump. We have a solar pool heater with a Hayward/Goldline 35 controller. Is there a way or an output on the pump that would trigger the solar controller only at higher pump speeds? Or is there a way for the solar controller to trigger the pump to go faster? I suspect I need to purchase a new controller as well. Is there a controller you'd recommend? It moves a Jandy valve to turn the solar on and off based on pool and solar temps.Thanks! View answer

I wonder about how long a unit would have to run to provide adequate chlorination?For example, I have an 18,000 gallon inground pool with a single stage 1 1/2 HP pump, if I was to purchase the sj-40 (or even the sj-55) how long would it have to run per day to keep the pool chlorinated? I have the PPC3 cell in my system now w/13,500 pool. Is the the PPC4 overall height the same as the PPC3 ?I want to buy the PPC4 to run at lower % output to extend the life of the cell from the life I get out of the PPC3. View answer

I have RJ 20 system (6 years old},cell is over 3 years old.I did have low salt warning with correct salt level in pool, chlorine level was good.Now I have "no water flow" warning , Water flow is normal.chlorine production lower My question, do I have problem with cell? or problem with control unit? I bought the phosphate test strip kit from you. I says I need to dip strip in a vial and compare water color change to card for phosphate level. What vial? There was none in kit and there is no reference to vial size in documentation. Without it strips are useless...help!! View answer
