I have an existing old school Hayward chlorinator (the kind you put tablets in). It looks like the Circupool 35 would fit right in that same spot if I took the Hayward chlorinator out. Do you know if that is the same length, where the new Circupool would fit in that same spot? View answer

I bought the phosphate test strip kit from you. I says I need to dip strip in a vial and compare water color change to card for phosphate level. What vial? There was none in kit and there is no reference to vial size in documentation. Without it strips are useless...help!! View answer

I just installed the INDIGO3-XL Ozone Generator for Swimming Pools that I ordered from you How can I see if it working and producing Ozone ?The Operation Guide shows :Section 4 ice Visual Inspection Periodically inspect the unit to ensure it is functioning correctly by simply observing the end plate gaskets for a light blue glow while the system is in operation.I do not have any light blue glow. The Unit is totally sealed, and I have no idea where a light blue glow may come. Does that mean that the new unit is not working ?Can I unscrew the Top cap to see if the VUV is turning blue when on ? Does this pump have a set of auxiliary contacts? I have a 400,000BTU gas heater that requires a certain amount of flow across the heat exchanger to operate safely and efficiently. If not, can you offer a simple solution to that requirement? I currently have a 2.5HP 2 speed pump running through a timer, a pair speed dip switches, and a pair of relays (Blue Haven control panel). There's 1 relay for each speed. The high speed control circuit interlocks with the heater. Thanks. View answer
